About PawFev

At PawFev, we believe every dog and cat deserves the best care — and every pet owner deserves tools that actually make that easy.

We started PawFev because we noticed a gap: there were loads of generic pet products out there, but very few that were genuinely well-designed, practical, and affordable for everyday pet owners. So we set out to change that.

What we do

We curate a focused range of smart pet gadgets — electric grooming tools, travel accessories, dental and joint care, and more. If it doesn't make a real difference to your pet's life, it doesn't make it onto our shelves.

Who we're for

PawFev is for the dog owner who wants a leash that keeps their pup safe on late-night walks. For the cat owner whose pet hates being brushed. For the owner of an older dog who wants to keep them comfortable and mobile. And for anyone who thinks their pet deserves a little more innovation in their daily routine.

How we ship — openly

We're a small, independent brand based in Lisbon, Portugal, serving customers in the United Kingdom. We don't hold stock in a UK warehouse. Our products ship directly to you from our overseas fulfilment partner, which is how we keep prices where they are — but it does mean delivery takes 7–14 business days after dispatch, on top of 1–3 business days to process your order. We'd rather say that plainly on this page than surprise you after you've paid.

Our promise

Standard shipping is £4.99, free on orders over £40. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay — no customs bills, no surprise charges on your doorstep. You have 30 days to return anything that isn't right, plus your statutory 14-day right to cancel. If something arrives faulty or damaged, we replace or refund it in full and we cover the postage. If a parcel goes missing, we chase the carrier — not you.
